very stressfull and upsetting evening was had last night.
i dropped my 2yo daughter off to my ex-wifes home.
all seemed good until i got home.
My ex doesnt believe this and is now only allowing me to see my girl 1 day every 2 weeks!!
Whatever you are doing, you are not doing it right. I am sure they are a problem, but if you have allowed the current state of affairs to develop as you described above, then you have to look introspectively. Instead of posting here go get a lawyer and put your daughter's well being first. One day every two weeks!! Sheesh

now, i'm coming back :).
i live in a southern european nation, i'm a young jw, a good example in the congregation serving as a regular pioneer and ms. for all in the congregation i'm the good guy, one of the best examples in the area i live.

As my name (never a JW) suggests, I am an outsider who knows your religion quite well. My JW brother introduced me to my JW wife of 22 years. I have attended hundreds of meetings and dozens of conventions. Quite often hosted and still host large JW groups at my home. But I am an outsider nonetheless. My only advantage is that I have been out of cults my whole life and I am thankful for that. The world of "worldly" people is full of opportunities to do whatever you want, become very rich or be the most charitable man. Jump into it as soon as you can so you can experience freedom, real freedom.

in my work, i rely upon google for quick answers on definition (denotation), pronunciation (audio), etymology, shades of meaning (connotation), etc.. what i really mean is, do you use an actual unabridged websters, the one you get a hernia lifting?
i ask because, last night, i was tired of fighting with my two ailing computers and decided to pull the big book off the shelf.
it was great, hearkening back to olden times -- childhood -- when i read real books and periodicals and wrote unknown words into a notepad (the paper sort) and pored over old noah's offerings.. your thoughts?.

having been a jw for decades i'm used to watching what i do, say, or watch, in fear of being snitched on.. therefore, i the question begs.. there have been instances, i won't say how, where i've felt some members are being deliberate in their attempt to feign support for the anti-jw rhetoric on this forum.. any input is greatly appreciated..

with the intention of spending less time working and more time in f.s i saw this many times.
an ex c.o started a carpet cleaning business with the charter being spending less time working more time in f.s.
he has long since passed away and the company is now huge being the major player in flood resteration and employing 100's of people one of the owners i spoke to recently was sick due to using to many chemicals but carries on becouse he loves the money even though he's worth millions.
My two nephews started their own cafe selling a high end coffee. Better quality than starbucks, they claim. They opened a year ago and doing very well. They know the in's and out's of social media and that has made their shop to be quite full most of the times. They are in their mid and late twenties. They are too smart to buy the current Watchtower BS. I think in time they will fade... or not. They may decide to pretend for the sake of family.
Perhaps they like the kool-aid... I hope not

so, it finally happened.
the first time i have been called out for being an apostate.
it started out innocently enough: my family and i were watching a tv show.
My parents told me why I should celebrate a country that doesn't care about me.
Funny your father said that. My mother in law (87 y.o) moved to the Unites States about ten years ago. She has never worked in the U.S. or paid any taxes, but she gets about $900.00 a month in her bank account (SS from husband and other social benefits from the government). She gets Medical, Medicare. She doesn't pay a penny of medical insurance. She qualifies for housing benefits and is planning to get them.
